Please Help

Question, i see on my parcel tracking it says the following:

2019/11/21 8:31 Departure Import customs JIMC A 2019/11/25 11:34 Unsuccessful delivery ZA19508 Missed Delivery/Attempted delivery today

What does that mean as no one has been at my house today to deliver anything, or received any notification of any delivery?
