Please help

My parcel is being held at JIMC A since 31 May. The only tracking number I have is from DHL international. I have no idea when the parcel might arrive and I get no notifications. I have sent multiple emails to customer services that can't be delivered. I have used all three emails that are available on the website. Please reach out this is my last attempt to get my parcel.
