Please can I get my products

Tracking number EA ********** 33CN. Through Ems the post office has held onto it for since 25/08/2017. Please can u release my parcel please. Also my future parcels so I can test products and try to Make a future for myself. It's sample to test on family and friends, but how can I start a business if this is how the post office holds on to things. Kind regards hopeless future.
