Please advise where my parcel is. Cn***ZA

<p>Good day</p> <p>2x box parcels was sent to me on the same day but with diffrent tracking numbers. Posted in Richardsbay South Africa send to Auckland New Zealand.<br />1 box have reached me already, but there is no information regarding the whereabouts of the other box. If i track it, it says in transit (durban). How is it possible that i can receive 1 parcel, but the other one is still in transit? That was send on the same day. What can i do to find out where my other parcel is?</p> <p>Tracking number(parcel outstanding) Cn ********** 69za</p> <p> </p> <p>i have contacted the New Zealand post office, and they said it seems like it never Left South Africa, it is still somewhere in South Africa. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have contacted the post office via email and land line but i do not get any feedback or information from the staff.
