Don't Bother calling the customer call centre !!! I have called for the last 4 working days at different times of day with the foolish notion that some one will answer my call . the longest period I had the patience to hold on was one 25 min . We are experiencing high call volumes please wait for the next available operator !!!!! I have emailed every address that I could find on the net with no response @ ALL not even a read receipt! I could have driven to the UK through deep dark Africa and back in the time that my parcel has been sitting in JIMC .

Communication is key and SAPO you are falling very short in every aspect of this !!!!! No email response No one answering calls No response on social media Should I send a ***eon with a note strapped to its foot .
