Photocopy machine Broken: 3 Branches

I went SAPO branch in Pioneer park, Newcastle, Closest branch to my res. I wanted to copy and certify docs. Upon arrival, a bold notice at the door working out that the photocopy machine is broken. I left for Majuba Mall branch, the cashier tells me that their copying machine is broken too.<br> I went to the main branch in Newcastle town, stood for about 15 min in the que eating to be told that their machine is also broken!!!<br> I asked the cashier on till no3 whether it's the machine or something else because other branches can had the same problem. She decided not to talk to me. Just stared at me. I left.<br> <br> Seems like the document certifying service is being not attended to if they don't wanna make copyies.
