I had forgotten my spare phone at the Radisson in December and didnt miss it much until my new phone got ****** last week. I had arranged with the hotel that they would have it couriered to me VIA Speed Services Counter to Counter over night courier service.<br> Not only did my parcel take a full 4 day to get to the counter.<br> When I opened the sealed box I found nothing but a dirty tissue and cut up papers. No phone. No explanation.<br> No apology. Nothing. Just a useless form to fill in and a promise that they would call to investigate the matter.<br> I would have paid less for Aramex or any other courier and received my goods.<br> Speed Services Courier are not speedy at all and not reliable.<br> The phone was properly packaged and sealed. So it's correct to assume that they have their way with any post and cannot be trusted. Where do I get a phone now?? A refund?? Compensation???
