Phoenix post office : horrible service

I don't even know where to start ..today I experienced horrible service In Phoenix post office . Just to withdraw from my post bank mzansi card I had to wait for full 9 hours in this weather with no air conditioners or fans inside ..those full 9 hours were a waste of time because I wasn't assisted. By 16:00 I was told that theres no cash ...I waited for nothing ..I regret having a post bank account...that post office needs to change some of their staff ..I had a chance to communicate with this rude consultant who works there ...she's rude to the core ..she's an African with short hair ..dark with an average body yooh I've never been disrespected like that in my whole life ...In those 9 hours that I waited... full 5 hours I was standing outside In this sunny weather...I'm definitely closing this account ...I don't recommend it to anyone ..it has issues you can't use it in atms now or request for cash back in retail stores it declines .
