Pensioners discount for post box rental

After many visits to the post office (Pretoria North and Mayville) to pay my box rental for 2015 and requesting my pensioner's discount I discovered that the IT system has been programmed in arrears instead of up front thus people who turned 60 in 2014 will only received discount from 2016.<br> <br> Amongst other things I was told that the forms had been printed in Aug 2014 thus the problem! Also that \the computer says"that I am not 60 yet and thus not eligible for discount. Also that maybe the problem lies with my attitude as nobody has ever complained about this before!<br> <br> Quite a bit of money being ****** from pensioners who were born in 1954.
