PENSION PAYMENT

This is a complaint on behalf of my grandmother Norah Dungulu. She has been receiving her government pension in Engcobo post office. I believe there has been problems in that post office, as a result in the past few months she had to go to All Saints post office to get the payment. She went to All Saints post office in the last week and a post office official told her they can't help her because they are waiting for a list from Pretoria. They gave her their telephone numbers so that she can check if the list has arrived and that number is just ringing no one is picking up. This is a 79 year old woman who has suffered from stroke and for her to go up and down like this is not fair. I contacted the Government Employee Pension Fund in Pretoria and I was told the funds have been dispatched. My mother went to check at the post office today the 9th March 2015 and she was told the same story about the list, after she had told the official that we contacted Pretoria she was told to wait from 9H00 till now 12H00.This is the worst service I have ever heard of.
