Paying for goods I returned

I order 6 blankets (the Dolly(x3) and Masindi(x3) blankets) worth R 3200.00, R 1600.00 each from home-choice. However upon arrival at my place of residence on the 24 May 2017 , I realized that the blankets were only 1 ply instead of 3 ply and I decided to return all 6 of the blankets on the 25 May 2017, as I was told that the blankets were 3 ply by one of the sale lady advertising them. I went to the Post Office in Northgate Shopping Mall in Randburg and we did all the necessary documentation required for returning goods and I paid for the insurance for all the blankets and everything I received from Home-Choice. From then I thought that the blankets were returned and on their way to Cape Town, and the post office consultant that assisted me with all the process told me to wait 2 weeks for a respond from Home-Choice. On the very same day, I sent an email to Home-Choice letting them know that I have returned their goods, as they were not what I purchased with all the slips I got from the Post Office attached on my email. After waiting for 2 months, only in August I received an sms from Home-Choice starting that I am owing them an amount R3200.00 plus interest, as I haven't paid them and if I don't pay it by the end of the month(August), I would be facing legal implications. I decided to start paying for the blankets that I returned and I have been paying since then. In the same month I went back to the Post Office to find out why am I receiving calls and messages from Home-Choice everyday starting that they haven't received the returned parcel and I must paid by the end of August and the Post Office manager told that they will investigate and we filled an investigation document for lost goods. So far I have paid home-choice R 2237.82 in total as I was afraid of being blacklisted.

kindly assist me in tracing my goods and I would like Home-Choice to refund me my R 2237.82 and the rest to settle the balance and closed that account, as I was a first time buyer and the experience of having to pay for things that I don't have, has and is still traumatic for me. Angry client.
