Pay for Airmail, posted via surface mail!

My parcel (CN***ZA) which I sent off on 14 December 2015, being assured it would be delivered in about 10 days. Now I realise it was the Christmas period so postage might be a bit slow.<br> <br> Using track and trace, my parcel was last scanned at Durmail International hub on 17 December 2015. After a month I enquire why my parcel is taking so long, to find out it has been sent via surface mail which will take 8-12 WEEKS to reach it's destination.<br> <br> So not only have I paid for a service I'm not provided with, my parcel will get to it's destination 3 months later than it should. <br> <br> I'm so upset that I've been charged more than double and been put through such an inconvinence.
