PATHETIC USELESS SERVICE!

AFter an hour holding for a consultant at their customer care hotline(which claims to give exceptional service) though and being told my parcel is at Orlando. Then drove there for nothing only to be told by their non tagged consultants that the parcel is not with them and is at Jet park EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM I HAD CONFIRMED OVER THE TELEPHONE WITH ONE OF THEIR OWN. Its been a month of trying to trace my parcel with no luck. I refuse to use all my resources trying to locate something that can easily be traced internally, this is just the most autrocious service ever by the POST OFFICE. Its beyond pathetic!!!! Then their twitter social media manager promised to trace my parcel and has been quite ever since. This is unacceptable. I relly need my parcels ASAP!!! to think i still need to pay for this service sies!
