Pathetic Services at South African Post Office

I think someone at SA Post Office stole my parcel from the US. It was posted to me in February and I still haven't received it. No one knows where it is. I have an international tracking number and every time I track it, I am unsuccessful. I have been given numerous numbers to call and I have spent over R500 on phone calls. This is really making me angry. I have been sent from pillar to post and I have a feeling they know it is ******.

About two years ago, I received a parcel from the US and guess what, someone had ****** certain items from it. I received a call from someone at Mitchell's Plain Post Office Dispatch Centre in Mitchell's Plain asking me to go meet the manager there. I thought it strange that I was asked to go to the dispatch because really the public should not have contact with them. Their function is to receive mail and send it to the Post Office. I got there and I was told that my parcel had been tempered with. When I looked at it, I discovered that it had been opened and on opening it I realised that a certain item had been ******. I decided to let it go. I did not lodge a complaint and I walked home concerned that an institution like the SAPO is capable of mishandling our parcels.

And now this is happening. Something has to be done. It really has to be done. I am angry. Please friends, help me. I am appealing to you.
