PATHETIC SERVICES

I received a parcel after placing an order last year November 2023. The post office said by March the item will go back. Xtremeinn said by the 8 February 2024 if item is not fetched it will be sent back now they tell me it is still at the post office. When I called the post office in Jhb they also said March 2024 it is now April 2024. You can never get through they say lines are down at the Durban branch. RE***NL
