PATHETIC SERVICE/****** ITEM

<p>We sent a parcel to my son from Australia to South Africa for his birthday. Firstly we paid a lot of money to get this parcel delivered in 6 days, We sent this parcel on 3 May and he only received it today 31/5/17. The parcel was damaged, a very expensive item missing.I sent some clothing and other small items which he received, but his PS4 Gaming headphones that were $99 were missing. There was a huge hole in the bottom of the box where the item was ****** from and just taped closed. We have tried to contact the Johannesburg office to complain, but after ringing for a long time, the phone gets picked up and then just slammed down. I will never use the postal service again. Unreliable, poor service, dishonesty and just USELESS!!</p>
