Pathetic service standards

Approximately a year ago I complimented the Humansdorp Post Office on their excellent service. Unfortunately their service deteriorated to the level of the Jeffreys Bay Post Office. I went to the Humansdorp Post Office to renew my vehicle licence. After waiting in the que for some time, I got to the counter, where the lady gave me a form I had to complete. I went to the counter at the back of the post office to complete the form. I then had to get back in the que. While waiting another person who also renewed a vehicle licence were also given a form to complete. This person was allowed to complete the form at the main counter while the attendant waited for him to complete the form. While completing the form they were chatting (obviously knowing each other). Eventually I got to the counter. After receiving my licence, I asked the lady why I had to complete my form at the back while this person completed the form while she was waiting form him to do so. All she could say was that she was sorry. I don't expect red carpet treatment (like I received a year ago), just to be treated fairly and not having to end up in the que twice.
