pathetic service - phoenix post office

I am awaiting 3 parcels for collection at the Phoenix post office. according to the system they had sent me a notification 2 days ago which is have not received any sms's or postman notification. i have tried calling since Monday and no one answers the phone. The service delivery is absolutely pathetic and on one seems to do anything about it. I want urgent feedback to my items as there are Christmas gifts that was ordered 3 months ago. I WANT FEEDBACK ASAP
