Pathetic service in this industry no wonder they always ask for funding

The worse service ever in postoffice Park meadow only 1 till open for car licence renewal and the queue is at the door,the other cashiers busy going up and down with no clients and the worse part the load shedding schedule is due in 30min and I've been her for the past 2hours,do they think we have nothing to do just to sit here the aircon is not even working
