Pathetic service from the Post Office!

Good day,

i have without joy for 6 months waited for an international package from the Post Office Tracking Number : HM ********** 07US The customer service line ********** 502 remains unanswered - I have called the number for 2 months without being able to get through to an agent once. No response is received from the email address: ********** nor do I receive a response when trying to locate package via the SMS facility.

Truly pathetic service from the Post Office!
