Pathetic service from SAPO

I ordered an item from USA at the end on May , it took them at the supplier and USPS to the 16th June to get the item to South Africa and since the 16th June The item is still showing it’s at ORT and still hasn’t been loaded onto the SAPO system for me to track . I have emailed customs and the post office customer service center with no response and countless unanswered phone calls. The service is absolutely pathetic. I want to know where my package is and when I will receive it . How does it take 2 weeks to get from the USA to South Africa but over 2 months from ORT to a post office In Johannesburg?
