Pathetic "Service" from SA Post Office

My wife spoke to Sweetness Lubede on the 03/08/20 regarding two of my parcels that I ordered and paid for in June already. I tried calling the number on the website several times (***), but as we know that is never answered. Sending emails to *** is a total waste of time. I doubt there's anyone at the "offices" or they don't bother with replying. Why should they.....!?
