Pathetic Service from SA Post Office

My post office box is locked and I cannot collect my mail. I visited the Meyersdal Post Office twice to enquire why my Box is locked and both times were ensured that it will be unlocked, but nothing happened. I did pay the rent for 2020 and this was confirmed by their employee and I also have the receipt. No wonder they have to ask for tax payers money to fund their very poor service.
