Pathetic service from Ernest Vusi at Post office Jabulani mall

On the 25th of July 2019 I went to post office jabulani mall to renew my car disc, I then asked asked the assistant to give me the form to fill in and then he responded with an attitude saying I should come back tomorrow because I don't have the Identity document copy with me, at that time it was 4:15 I then rushed to make a copy of my identity document at the nearest store. I came back I asked for the form again he took his time to give me the for, I waited like 20 minutes before he can give me the form, and then while filling the form he said hhey Sisi I've ran out of papers please come back tomorrow. The service was pathetic even other customers were complaining about him. He's so rude , to my understanding he wanted to cut down the lines so they can close and go home.
