Pathetic service from a bunch of armatures

SA Post office should just shut down as their employees are not trained to advice clients correctly. I have been awaiting feedback related to a parcel delivered on the 06.07.2019 and I had to call to follow up where i waited over 25 minutes for the phone to be answered under my own expense. I was then told to follow up in a week and after a week nothing i then called and i dropped my phone after 15 minutes of no assistance. I called today where i waited over 20 minutes and then i am told that my parcel will only be delivered to me after sending a proof of payment . If so why wasn't i told the 1st time around whereby i could have done it that time now its been over 2 weeks delay. I am very ****ed and annoyed by people that don't do their job. I demand that once i send that proof of payment which might be this weekend i want my parcel delivered to me before the 1st August 2019 due to the fact that the reason why i ordered on the 11.06.2019 and i was told it will take a month to arrive. The parcel was for my partners birthday gift and already the surprise might be ruined.
