Pathetic service delivery

Parcel costs from Customs JIMC high

I had a parcel from India and the custom duty is too high. The parcel is at the post office since February and every time I call JIMC I am taken from pillar to post and eventually when I do get through I need to go to the Post Office to have the parcel contents opened which needs to be verified by the Post Office and JIMC. However , when at the Post Office, you cannot get into contact with anyone from JIMC and the phone just rings constantly. The service delivery is pathetic and have a history of all the call and time and people who promised to take my call when I am at the post office and this never happens
