Pathetic Service!!!

We have been trying to renew our vehicle license discs. Suddenly they want a certified affidavit from the owner to allow someone to renew on their behalf, even if that person has all the original documents with them. Funny how no other entity requires this at all, but the Post Office does. I don't think they even understand the purpose of an affidavit or certifying documents. We've never had this issue in the past, yet now it's an issue. I think this is just deflecting a possibility that the Post Office cannot do renewals currently as their financial situation is questionable to say the least. What is the point of even having an entity such as the Post Office in South Africa when they can barely even open their doors????!!!! I also sent an email to their *** and guess what? Nothing, nada. No service!!!
