Pathetic to collect additional R24 for presentation at customs: - international hub and customs are virutally at the same place and delivered in bulk. Imagine how many letters, packages fit into one truck. - international transport to destination had been paid already through international contracts between post offices - charge is a multiple of what a small letter costs to transport through the whole country - R24 exceeds costs of items and transport from china to SA yet SAPO charges more for a quick move probably within OR Tambo Airport itself - extra charges for actually NOT delivering proper services at all.

So they actually shoot in their own foot missing out on ecommerce driven business, hurting people, hurting the economy, hurting themselves. Ouch.
