Pathetic Service & Attitudes

Saturday morning I went into the post office. There was a white women who needed assistance filling out a form and was told it is straight forward by the teller.<br> It ended in an argument and the teller walked away and refused to help the lady. Management was called and instructed the lady to apologies to the teller.<br> All the tellers and management were black, after the elderly lady literally threw a tantrum and swore at all of them for not wanting to assist her she stormed out of the post office calling them ****s.<br> The male teller then responded that she is ****** for calling them ****s. <br> I find this so hilarious as **** is no way linked to been black.<br> If the teller would of done her job initially and assisted her in filling the form and not telling her it is straight forward there would have been no issue to begin with.<br> Terrible customer service and professionalism!!!<br>
