Pathetic service at Richards Bay post office.

Hi. I just want to say how pathetic the service is at Richards Bay post office. Apart from waiting half a day in the queues to get service, the service they do render is pathetic and appauling. On the 8th of October 2019, I went in to post a parcel. After standing in the queue for half a day, I handed the parcel over to the teller with the recipients name and address clearly written on it. , she weighed, and measured it and quoted me the price which I gladly paid. After three weeks, and constantly tracking the parcel, I assumed it reached it's destination because that *********** teller told me it will take 4to 5 working days. today I get an sms from that post office to come fetch my parcel urgently. I was totally confused. Why would the parcel destined for somewhere else arrive at the same post office I posted it from?. So I called them. The teller blamed me. She had the damn audacity to tell me that I am free to complain because it was all my fault and not hers. They kept cutting my calls. Now they do not answer their phones at that post office at all. This is why service delivery is so poor. Illiterate and *********** people are working there and the never take responsibility for their actions. I urgently need to contact thst post office because that parcel I suposed to send contains important things which I am now liable for. Oh, I forgot to mention, I'm from another province. So now I'm told to go half-way acrosz the country to collect it because they couldn't do their jobs. Please help. I'm trying so much to call them but they will not answer or take my calls.
