pathetic service at Post office Marshall Town JHB

Went to the post office in Marshall town when I got to counter one I explained to a white lady that I received a sms to come collect my parcel this lady asked me read the sms which I did than after she says to look up see this is counter one now go to the other side stand in line. she was so rude everyone in the line was shocked as to how she was responding. why did she make me read the sms if she knew she was not going to assist she could have nicely said collection is on the other side that's all not make look like a fool and scream at me as if I have no brains. she is extremely rude. her name is Jones.
