Pathetic service as usual
SAPO is really giving South Africa a bad name in the eyes of the world and really contributing to our junk status! Their service is pathetic and this is why they are struggling. I am waiting for a parcel from Portugal, took 7 days from there to JIMC, it was in the country since first week of May 2018 and till date not scanned into SAPO system. Now I lose my 30 day money back guarantee from ebay and paypal due to SAPO *********** service. I emailed them various times, Lwandile Macanda will just reply sometimes, Shadi Motshoane, Mathapelo Mphuti, Sibusiso Hlope and Tshepo Motloung were also asked for assistance by Lwandile, but none seemed interested to help or reply. This is the problem with SAPO, I am a paying customer and will pay immediatley for my parcel, but SAPO drags it to nearly 3 months now - no business deserves or can exist if you le funds that are immediatley available lay around for months. I asked Lwandile for the contact details of Mark Barnes because he is not answering his cellphone or respond to my messages, but Lwandile said Mark Barnes can do nothing about it because there was a strike, but my parcel was in the country 2 months before the strike already. I had to now contact the seller in Portugal to contact his postal services to contact SAPO. Their reply was that SAPO does not respond and is rated between the top 5 worst postal services in the world. Some ebay sellers just refuse to send to South Africa , ****ing business and job oppertunities. My friend Bongani had to close his business and laid of 3 workers because of SAPO ****ing his small entrepeneurs import business. Well done SAPO, letting South Africa down time and again.
