Pathetic Service

My over seas item has arrived on the 10/09/2020. I have emailed their customer service numerous times but no reply. I have called their help line but I end up listening to how they will answer my call for 10 mins at a time. Real pathetic service from the post office. Actually refrains me from ordering any items via the post office in the future. I called again this morning but to no avail. I would like to know when I will be receiving my item. Would be on 2020 still?
