Pathetic service

I am. Still awaiting since February for my parcels all they can tell me is that there is a huge backlog and I need to wait till that is cleared I have 8 parcels at JHB Int hub

Nothing been delivered to cape Town yet this is blady bad can't get hold of nobody really
