Pathetic service

I would like to report the inefficiency of Silveroaks Post Office in Pretoria. I am reporting the Branch Manager who was of little to no help with a document i am supposed to receive from anpther post office in the western cape...as if Silveroaks post office receives so many registered mail from there that help cannot bw provided
