Pathetic service

<p>I am waiting for two registered airmail parcels from the UK. I've been trying all week to contact the post office's 'customer service' line (what a joke that title is!). I finally got through and was told by a totally disinterested woman that my parcel might take "up to three months" because of "backlogs". </p> <p> </p> <p>This is not only pathetic customer service but is disgusting. If these people are doing their work, there is absolutely no way that a parcel can take three months to get to Johannesburg from London, not even if you strapped it to a donkey in London and told the donkey to start walking towards Johannesburg.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
