Pathetic service

<p>Family sent a gift from Durban on 13 June. It apparently arrived in Vanderbijlpark on 21 June (this is speed service by the way). Went to the post office and was told the package is at the other branch in town. Went there and was told the package is at the branch I just came from. I had to take off work earlier to fetch the package. Pathetic. I will never use them again and I will insist to anyone that they make use of a capable private courier.</p>
