Pathetic service

Good day,<br> <br> Im very disgusted at the service I've been getting from you guys, I was at the EMS/JIMC on the weekend and was told to check at my local post office (Industria) for my parcel on Wednesday 20/01/2016, just called them now and advised that there is no parcel!!! this is the fourth weekend in a row that I had to drive there for nothing and the consultant don't even put effort into trying to assist<br> <br> Can someone sort this mess out today and I would like my parcel to be at my post office by tomorrow!!!<br> tracking number RH***CN<br> <br> Please can I have feedback today still and I want my parcel at my post office!!!<br>
