Pathetic service!!!

The service is absolutely appalling!! I bought an item online and the package was shipped from Netherlands. It took less than a week for the item to be shipped from Netherlands to South Africa. It arrived in South Africa 2 months ago and it is still at the JHB sorting centre! I have sent endless emails, but they do not get answered and if you try phone, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes before they answer your call. I'm so frustrated! In future I will rather pay more for shipping and get the item delivered on time.
