Pathetic Service!

I ordered a product online on the 30th September 2017 and expected delivery was supposed to be on 1 November, I have still not received my goods.

I have been in touch with Tlaleng Shuping at the South Hills Post office who only started to assist after me having to train her on customer service!

on the 28th November i had called her with my Query and she promised to return my call however she did not even follow it up as she only did so when I started telling her about her pathetic service that she was giving me! The last correspondence i received from her was on the 6th of December! i requested feedback from her on the morning of the 20th but not one single response! i called the post office numerous times and the phone just rang! not one call was even returned nor was my email responded to!

I called the Germiston hub only for them to transfer me from one place to another and still lie to me and tell me that there is no supervisor or manager that is in! what kind of a company runs with not management around? eventually i spoke to someone name Vinius who claimed to be a supervisor and he told me that my product was at the South hills post office. At around 3pm i go to the south hills post office only for her to tell me that the product is still not there! then she sits on the phone for 20 Minutes and comes back to me and hands the phone to me where another lady is giving me a different reference number!

after being there for almost an hour Tlaleng tells me that i am supposed to come with her to the store room to help her look for my package!

Firstly, I have paid for my product, as well as shipping fee, which might i add was quite high! Secondly, People need to follow up on queries and complaints regarding the departments they work for as they do get paid for it! Lastly, I am not an employee of the Post office why does it become my job to look for items that is supposed to be in the possession of the post office!

Overall i am still waiting for my product and the service i received when following up as to where it is was pathetic!!!! Paying people to work at a Post office is just a waste of our Tax that we have to pay!!
