Pathetic service

Hi ☹️

I am very disappointed with the customer service today at Ulundi branch. I was there at 12:15 to do a pick up of the parcel and I was told that there is no lights because of load shedding. I was then told to return at 14:00. From 14:00 until now I still have not received my parcel and no one is giving a Sensible reason why. I am noting that my parcel has been waiting for collection since the nineth.

I am using money as I am being Se t back and forth and I believe that something better could have been done to mitigate the lights challenge.

I am demanding that my parcel be delivered to my home or workplace address as my patience is wearing very thin and I am utterly disappointed.
