PATHETIC SERVICE

Last year posted a parcel of 500gram of biltong and was told it will take 2 days to get there but what I was not told was that the postal services was on strike and my package would take longer than 2 days.Months then went by and nothing and know finally I started getting notifications from the post office months later as package was returned and by know that biltong will not be in a good state at all.

The lady that served me at the post office asked what I was sending and I showed her it was biltong. If it was not going to get to the destination on time due to the strike she should have informed me then I could have made alternative arrangements to send it
