Pathetic Service

I sent a parcel to Colchester, United Kingdom from Johannesburg, South Africa on the 8th of February 2015. I was told it would take between 1-4 days for the speed service I paid for. It has been over a month. Today I went to check up on my package, and hopefully get it back as the person is now coming back to South Africa. It has taken that long. <br> I have now found out that the parcel I intended to send to the UK was sent somewhere in South Africa. This is unacceptable. Not only has it not been sent to the place I wanted it to be sent, no one seems to be able to track my item. Please find it and let me know where it is, and get it back to me ASAP. I have been on the phone for over an hour and all I have heard is the pre-recorded message.
