Pathetic service

I app**** for licences for 2 of my car licences on line at the sapomvl website and what a disaster! I was told by a post office employee to apply online and they said it is fast and easy. App**** on 24th December 2022 and they took my money on the same day and I have now sent more than 25 messages on the website and tried to call them, to no avail. I have had to repay the money on the website and had conversations with several people to try and help. I'm using unlicensed vehicles and get stopped by traffic officials due to this *********** Post office. Please sort this urgently. QNP 44483- FGS915L.
