Pathetic service

I was sent a parcel from durban to pretoria from the bluff post office via speed services I paid for overnight delivery and I am still waiting for my parcel two days later. They apparently can't even trace it. I am highly ****ed off! What kind of service is this! I can't even trace it online because it was last scanned in at Bluff post office and there's no info after that! Speed services customer care line is just as useless because they don't answer the phones, I was on hold for an hour two days in a row and still didn't get theoug!! Not impressed and I want to know where my parcel is
