PATHETIC SAPO & JIMC SERVICE!

Worst service ever, never use the SA post office EVER rather pay the extra amount to use your international courier services, I have been waiting 3months for a parcel that's been laying at JIMC since the 5th of June 2018. I have spent countless amounts of airtime to phone them as no one answers, they plainly just refuse to. But your call is important to us they say! What a joke and outright lie! I have complained at ICASA and guess what? No help whatsoever just as useless. SAPO don't care if its your property or not they don't care. Not even the head office at SAPO answers calls. Here is a list of all the numbers I have tried phoning with an average waiting time of 45 minutes per number with no answer!
