PATHETIC POSTAL DELAYS

I am expecting 2 parcels which have been delayed. RC***ZA was received by witspos on 12/08. Customer care advised that the parcel was dispatched 14/08 but It is a week later and the branch has not received it. PA***Z is at witspos since 17/08 and customer care is useless because they provide the same information from the Web track & trace. The customer care division cant give me proper updates and im becoming impatient. These postal service delays are becoming worse and im going to take my business elsewhere if it does not improve drastically.
