Pathetic Post Office Service You Have To Pay For

I have being sending several registered letters via the post office which haven't being updated on the website for months. i emailed asked for updated as there is no notification that 1st notification was sent to the recipient but still no one can tell me, no one is taking responsibility for people not doing their jobs. some of the letters have being sent out more then once & we have to pay everytime but we not getting the required result as someone could not be bothered to do their job these are the registered letters i refer to - CV***ZA - pa***za - PE***ZA - PE***ZA - PE***ZA - PE***ZA - CV***ZA - pa***za - pa***za - PE***ZA - PE***ZA - PE***ZA - PE***ZA 1 i got feedback it was placed in a bag but nothing since for months & no one can further say where is it, another was it is at a Hub also for months & nothing more writing this review i dont even think anything is going to come from it this is such pathetic service that you pay for
