Pathetic parcel service

<p>I have bought some goods and was send with south african post office, the parcel has arrived in germiston and if i check tracking says in transit from germiston HUB to brackendowns this has been over a week now and still parcel hasnt arrived at local branch. When i ask at branch they tell me no mail delivered since monday. When i ask where i can go to collect or find out where parcel is the say no where nothing i can do. These items were expensive and now i have one one else that can help me track parcel. pathetic service and delivery. shocking</p>
