Pathetic non-existent service

Like many other government services in this country, this one does not work. I ordered an item from Germany around the 4th of August this year and had waited for some sort of notification by the post office to have my package delivered a month later. To no one's surprise, nothing was provided. No delivery, no communication. I attempted to use their international tracking on their website and the hyperlink ended up being a dead page. Sending an email and waiting up to around 3 weeks also resulted in nothing whatsoever. I have been calling them since 10:00am this morning and I have been on a call with them for more than 20 minutes now awaiting a response. This sort of service is pathetic in more ways than one. How does anyone expect this country to thrive when common services don't work?
